After placing your order, please wait for your ‘Order is ready for collection’ notification (sent via email or sms) before arriving to collect your order.

DELIVERY COSTS
All orders that are required to be delivered within Australia are eligible for the free shipping offer on orders over $100 AUD. On orders less than $100 AUD Australian orders assigned a flat rate.
- Flat Rate Satchels = $14.99 AUD
- Orders over $100.00+ AUD = Free
- Click & Collect = Free (Monday to Thursday 9:30am-11:30am)
PACKAGING TIME
Amici attempts to dispatch all retail orders within a 24-72 hour time frame. However, this is just a guideline and may be affected by public holidays, sale periods, and other external factors.
DELIVERY PACKAGING
All orders that are shipped within Australia are posted in Flate Rate Australia Post Satchels.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
The expected delivery time is calculated via Australia Post’s “Calculate postage & delivery times” page.
**During Covid-19 affected times its seems that Australia Post has suspended this service and will not provide a delivery time estimate.**

DELAYED / LOST DELIVERY
Amici is not liable for the time taken for the third-party shipping company to ship the order to you. If the item is lost, Amici is not required to replace any product as it’s up to you to follow up with the third-party shipping company on any missing deliveries. Details on the company and your order will be provided to you upon order dispatch.
